Information Regarding Site Future

Hi Everyone,
As most have clearly noticed, this blog is pretty much dead. Unfortunately I don't have as much time to run my Facebook page, Instagram as well as doing the other things nowadays.
What does this mean for this site?

Well, the site will continue to run, but the majority of the activity will be through OMSI downloads, under the OMSI 2 Tab on the menu

Will anything else happen in regards to posting?

Not that I have planned, No. This site might see a few things here and there, but not like it used to.

This isn't an official ending of the site; just an explained hibernation of most parts.

Thanks for your understanding!

About Me

Kia Ora! (Hi, in Te Reo Māori)

You will most likely know me as techladdie, either through games or YouTube.

I play many games, ranging from First Person Shooters to Simulators. My most played games are:
  • OMSI 2
  • Euro Truck Simulator 2
  • Arma 3
  • Trainz: A New Era

I record some games I play and eventually upload them to YouTube, usually as a montage.

I have an interest in rail in New Zealand. Here the railway is Government owned (it wasn't always like this) and operated by KiwiRail. However, metro trains in Auckland and Wellington are operated by private companies on behalf of the respective councils.

My interest in rail mainly focuses on Diesel-Electric, Electric and EMU trains.
My plan for the future is to eventually be either a Locomotive Engineer (L.E, or simply put, train driver) for KiwiRail, or driving buses.

Comments about what I post on this blog or on YouTube are appreciated provided they are constructive. I hate dealing with the comments from people that post without thinking.

I film trains in the Wellington region and upload them to YouTube with the following equipment:
  • Photo & Video Camera: Panasonic Lumix G7 with 14-42 Kit Lens
  • Random cheap tripod that's starting to fall apart
  • Smile and wave for the train drivers! :)

You may see me around at a crossing near you, feel free to say hi, but when the recording starts, radio-silence please!
